What can you expect for your visit?  

These rules that are state mandated apply to every salon in Colorado. 

• Appointment only services.  The state of Colorado is not allowing walk in services or lines at the front desk at this time.  Just let us know by phone when you park your bike or car, or get to your bus stop.


• Waiting in your car until your appointment time.  Communal waiting areas will be prohibited for the time being, and we must give a 6 foot clearance at all times on the front sidewalk.
• Practice 6 foot social distancing at all times except during the actual service. We have created fewer more private brow stations for a lovely, more spa-like service experience. We can't wait to pamper you!
• Wearing your mask to enter the salon, and keeping it in place for the duration of the service.  Any services that require moving or removing the covering of the full nose and mouth aren’t allowed right now. This includes lip and chin, as well as facials. Our staff is working hard to figure out how to thread while wearing a mask. We will be wearing masks and possibly face shields and other protective coverings, so just know it's us under there with a big smile!
• Expect a health screening and temperature check before your service starts, please understand if we ask you to reschedule your appointment. We are continuing our No Shame cancellation policy, so if you feel the slightest bit sick, just let us know before you leave home. We promise to do the same!
• We love you, but we can’t hug you. The only time we are allowed to break the 6 foot rule is to do your service, and we will be avoiding face to face, even with masks.  
• Practice immaculate hand hygiene. Please arrive with clean hair and face, and wash or sanitize your hands when you enter the salon, mindfully consider touching anything if you can avoid it.
• Use contactless payment options.   Pro tip: put any cash tips for your stylist in a sealed and labeled envelope before you enter the salon, or send them a tip by venmo.
